deejay trim 4 et 6 interface is not recognized by the computer

hello .

my deejay trim 4 & 6 interface is not being recognized by the computer .

the usb ports of the interface are working, but i can not install the interface driver .

ive done all the recommended procedures and have not had success .

please find attached the prints of errors screens.
