dj 4set not working windows 10.

 mic onlight on 4 2 secs then out and not registering on laptop. bought from ebay and doesnt seem to want to work. tried on 3 laptops. one with windows 7 and others with windows 10 doesnt stay lit. and cannot recognise as a usb device??

Have you installed Hercules DJ drivers?
They are on https://support.hercules.com/en/product/dj4set-en/
and DJ4Set cannot work without these drivers.
