hello
like 4-5 days ago i bought the dj air controller and i installed the drivers and dj juced though the cd . it was working fine but sudendly yesterday when i was recording for like 50 -55 minutes the controller just restarted of coursed i lost my recording and im pissed off . today i switched the usb hub and the controller does not work right now . i installed the latest drivers and the controller still doesnt work . i opened the device manager and it seems that it is installed but when i go into the sound section i dont see it ... the sample , effects and loop light are open but cue and mix are not . when i open dj juced it says that there isnt any controller connected ...

Connect the controller directly to your computer (no hub). Does it work now?
