dj console rmx does not do anything when connecting to computer

hello,

i have a problem with my dj console rmx. when i connect the usb cable it does not do anything. no blinking lights during the intialization. i usally using the rmx with an powerd usb hub and my laptop. i also tried it connecting to different usb ports (with and without the usb hub). i also tried it on my desktop pc. still with the same result. i also tried a different usb cable.

the rmx worked at least two weeks ago (the last time i used it).

any ideas how i can get my rmx back to live. i already wrote the support but no response from them yet.

Welcome to your journey to have your RMX repaired. 

I just went through it and prepare to be without your RMX, that is if it is still under warranty, at least a month. 

Email is great, make sure you get the number given to you and I would suggest tht the next day after you send that email you call. 

First thing first, the same exact thing happened to me. I bought a hub, then my RMX died when I plugged it up to it. First test turning computer off and on. Then starting up VDJ. If nothing happens kiss it good bye. 

Speak to someone tell them the issue make sure you get everything they ask you to do done right away & prepare to mail it back with everything you got in the box. I forgot to send the book back, so no big deal. 

Once they get it, after you sent it to them with a tracking number, make sure it is at there office before you do. Tell them you are just confirming they got it & when will they send you a new one. They will tell you when they sent it out & ask for a tracking number. They will send it out the slowest service possible so expect a week from the time they tell you.
