hello anybody,
i bought a hercules dj control air. the problem is, the device doesnt light up but in windows it will find the device.
but i cant use the device, it says i must update it. i tryed to update the controller but it gives me the error "0x00400021" and the device is useless.
i tried it with windows 10 and windows 7. same result ...
is there any solution to bring the device back to live?
