dj control compact

hello,

i bought a hercules compact and im using traktor 2 v2.9.

i installed the compact mapping for traktor from the website but i got some serious problems.

i cant put in the cue/hot cue on points that i want, they always put them self at the start of the track no matter what i do.

neither am i able to create loops where ever i want, also this happens from the starting point of the track.

im a big newbie in this and i cant find any information about it on the net.

does somebody here know what i should do to fix this problem?
