today i got my dj control instinct, and it will not work at all, i unboxed it, plugged it in, and installed all of the drivers and djuced. once they were all done installing i opened djuced to a messagfe saying something like "no device detected, demo will play for 30 minutes" i was confused and fiddled around for a while. i came here and saw some other guy was having the same problem, but he just uninstalled his software and reinstalled it using a downloaded version from the internet. i tryed this and even restarted my computer and i still wont get anything, the buttons do not even light up, and my computer doesnt even realize its plugged in manage device. can someone please help me!

In case the device is not even lighting up when you connect it to the computer and is not seen under Device Manager then the actual software needed for your device has nothing to do with the issue. More like the console and the connection.
First of all try connecting the console to all the USB ports available onto your computer. When doing that disconnect all un-necessary devices from the computer.
Also check the device with a second computer to rule out something local interfering with the normal behavior of the unit.
If the problem persists on other computers as well then contact the retailer and ask them to replace the unit. Morst likely was damaged during shipping or handling or was a return unit.
