dj control instincts effects/cue/loop wont work!

hello. i have tried using my dj control instinct controller in traktor pro 2 and djuced, the decks will load and play, however i cant seem to get my effects/cues/loops to work. if anybody has a fix for this, it would be greatly appreciated.
