dj control mp3 e2 and windows 10

hi,

i cannot connect my dj control mp3 e2, is that compatible with windows 10?

i havnt any problems when i had windows 7...

i tried a lot of things to fix it but i need your help.

the controller is connected to my computer, i installed the latest version of herculess drivers but heres the problem : the logo "djherculesmix series tryagent" has a red cross on it (and i dont understand why) and when i try in vdj 7 or 8, they dont find my controller.

then, when i go in "devices and printers" i can see my controller, but windows tell me that theres a drivers error.

did anyone had this kind of problem and fixed it?
