hi there,
i recently purchased the control mp3 e2 and managed to get it connected to traktor pro 2 without any issues but the problem i have encountered is using the jog wheels and effects. these features simply wont respond even though on the control layout say they are connected. i understand i have to use the cue button with the jog wheel in order to use the scrath feature but it does not respond and does not allow pitch bending either. i am completely unsure how to alter the effects, i am able to toggle them on and off but unable to change the level of said effects.

Within the Hercules DJ control panel (that appears near the clock), did you verify if the jog wheels are not disabled by any chance ?
