hey , having a little problem with my controller. i recently bought the controller and everything was working perfectly until today. i plugged my speakers into the speaker output on the back , my headphones into the front and the usb into my macbook. everything was fine loading up tracks on djuced 18 (i was using the controller to load tracks) however when i began to play a track there was no audio going to the speakers or my headphones
note - my speakers and headphones work fine (tested with my mp3 player)
the audio device selected on the softwae was the controller
the music volume was turned up full
the headphone volume was turned up full too
ever button on the controller works , just the audio ports dont seem to work now
to fix the problem i tried upgrading the audiofirmware and still i cant get any output to the speakers

1) Can you confirm your audio setting in Djuced 18 are as follows:
- Audio Device: DJControl Instinct ASIO (ASIO)
- Master: Output 1&2
- Headphones: Output 3&4.

in "Hercules equipment in use", check on DJControl Instinct
in "DJ Software in use", precise your DJ software
in "Describe your equipment", provide details on your computer equipment:
- Computer brand & model,
- Computer type (laptop, desktop, tablet)
- Operating system version: Windows 8.1 64-bit for example
- your driver version (as package 2014_HDJS_1 in Windows)
