djcontrol instinct with traktor 2, controller cant use.

hello, im just bought dj control instinct. i want to use it with traktor 2. the problem is ,im already done with the configuration of the asio driver & audio configuration in traktor 2 but the controller still cant use on traktor. all on button on controller cant use too . someone please help me 🙁
