djuced 18 doesnt save the analyzed songs

i have this problem with the software, i select the songs i want it to be analized but after i close djuced 18 and i open it again the songs are not analized, like if they where new, it doesnt show the bpm neither the key, like it usually would. then i have to reanalize it at the moment and its very uncomfortable and unconvenient to do that process everytime. this hadnt happened to me since i got my dj control instinct years ago, casually i have an event coming soon and idk what to do, pls help:(
