ive been using djuced 18 for about a month now and have never had any issues with it. but now when i try to launch it, it gets stuck on "loading settings..." and after about a minute it pops up with an error message that states:
"this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."
ive been to various forums looking for a resolution but its all technical jargon thats over my head. i have made sure to update both windows and djuced 18. i have also uninstalled and reinstalled both the drivers for my mixer as well as djuced 18. i am hoping that someone here knows how i might be able to fix this issue.

Between the moment when everything was working fine and when it started to display the message, did you install or update any other programs ?
I have a feelling something was installed which conflicted with files used by DJUCED, giving you this message.
You might also want to post the problem on DJUCED forum as well so the developpers can hear about it:
