djuced 40 not loading on macbook

i have a mac, osx version 10.6.8 snow leopard. i just purchased the dj console rmx 2 and i would like to use it with djuced 40 but when ive downloaded the program and try to open it, a message pops up saying " djuced cannot be opened because of a problem. check witht the developer to make sure djuced 40 works with this version of mac os x (which it should do).

can anyone help me out please?
