my djuced just wont start and keeps crashing on windows 8.1, whats the deal?

So, did you install over and over again with the installation CD or from the tech support? If with the installation CD, it would be great if you can uninstall it and re-install with the following drievrs:
Mac: http://ts.hercules.com/download/pub/webupdate/DJCSeries/DJSeriesInstall_4_45.pkg
Windows: http://ts.hercules.com/download/pub/webupdate/DJCSeries/2012_HDJS_3.exe
And here is for the software:
Mac: http://ts.hercules.com/download/pub/webupdate/DJUCED/DJUCED_v1.0.52.dmg
Windows: http://ts.hercules.com/download/pub/webupdate/DJUCED/djuced_v1.0.52.exe

I am having a similar issue with Djuced 40 and the RMX2, i would use Virtual DJ but i cant figure out how to map the controller. first Djuced just is lagging up all hell and then when i attempt to access the settings it just crashes. and after a few times of opening and force closing it might not lag but then still crashes if i try to go to the settings.
