hi
having issues with djuced. everytime i run the program i just get a white screen. any ideas?
i3windows 7

As mentionned on Djuced's web site, since Microsoft stopped the official support on Windows 7 and 8, we can’t guarantee any official support on these platforms.
Depending on which controller you are using, you could try installing Djuced 40 from the archive to see if it would work better on this computer:

Please complete complete your technical profile on
- in "Hercules Equipment In Use", select the name of your DJ controller
- in "Software In Use", check Djuced
- in "Describe your equipment", describe your computer
- brand and model
- CPU
- RAM
- Type of USB port (USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 3.1...)
- Environment (Eg. Window 7 64-bit)
- version of DJ software (Eg. Djuced 5.3.1)
- version of DJ driver (Eg. 2020_HDJS_1)
And in a new message, please describe your problem:
- What is the computer display resolution, and graphic card/chipset?
- Has your computer any other program running in the background? Please close the other programs.
- Did you have another version of Djuced running on this computer before?
- Please precise which version of Djuced you talk about. Did this Djuced version crash on the computer as soon as you used it or did it work before?
- When getting a white screen, can you let it run for 1 hour and see if anything happens (an message, a display) or you just keep the white screen?
- If Djuced screen remains blank after 1 hour, can you do a Ctrl+Alt+Del keyboard combo > Go to the task manager > report how much CPU and memory the Djuced task is consuming.
