djuced18 unexpectedly quits - help !

hi

recently bought control instinct and have an issue with the djuced 18 software as it unexpectedly quits all the time. really infuriating as set up is meant to be easy ?!

have taken the software off and then re-installed but still get same issue. have also called the tech support phoneline but they were very unhelpful and said problem was a local issue ???

have looked online for help too but cant really see why this is happening or a solution for it ? we are using a mac os 10.10
