1) You must
- connect your DJ Control Air or DJControl Instinct to the computer,
- check it is detected: looking at the control panel> About tab: if Firmware version is not available, the controller is not detected, and if you can read a Firmware version, the controller is detected,
- and then start Djuced.

2) For getting a technical support, it is necessary that you complete your profile in mentionning:
- which DJ controller you own,
- which computer your use (operating system version (as Windows 7 64-bit SP1), brand, model, CPU, RAM),
- which version of Djuced you use (as 1.0.52),
- which driver package you use (as 2012_HDJS_3).
