driver not found windows 10

hi

i have a dj hercules mp3 e2. it has always worked flawless on both my windows as my mac laptops. i did recently reset my windows 10 laptop. i installed all drivers (2015_hdjs_6) like i used to before, the installation process recognizes my controller and the installation is succesfull.

but the tray icon says there are no devices connected, and device manager says there is no driver installed for the device.
i tried all usb ports, reinstalled the drivers a couple of times, cleaned my registery, all without any success.

the controller still works on my mac, so it shouldnt be a hardware problem.

anybody got any ideas to resolve this problem?
