filter mirrors rolls

hi i have an hertcules impulse 200!!
when i use the low-pass or high-pass filter on the a deck, the filter moves on the b deck (if its on middle on the 0 zone)following the moovement i roll on a. tried on djuced and virtualdjay and same happens on both softwares. what can i do to fix it?

It looks like a controller issue.
Can you use Google Chrome, go to https://www.midimonitor.com
and check the channel when you turn deck 1 Filter knob?

If you get CC#1 and CC#33 messages on channel 2 while turning Deck 1 filter knob, everything is normal on the controller side, but if you get these values on channel 3, then there is a problem on the controller.
