hi ive got a dj console rmx and its not working as expected.
im using vdj 8 pro with full license.
on laptop #1 it will at least register using the manual updater but the firmware current number is 0, so im assuming the firmware is corrupt.
ive looked all around for the firmware update i saw in one of the guides.. ( https://drive.google .com/file/d/0b7iv4i_kjfcqadz5nuu0rkdvqkk/edit?pl1=1) but i have had no luck.
on laptop #2 it doesnt even register when i use the manual updater and it just keeps on flashing.
i dont want to assume its faulty firmware but after having tried everything i can only think thats it but i cant solve and so im in need of some help.

1) your DJ controller: is it DJ Console Rmx or DJConsole Rmx2 Black & Gold?
It is not at all the same controller, so it is necessary to write precisely which DJ controller you use:
- Rmx has no power supply,
- Rmx2 has a power supply.
2) you computer configuration
- Computer: Apple menu "About this Mac" gives the most precisely definition as "MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016)".
- Operating system: which version of macOS do you use
- USB port: have you USB 2.0 ports, USB 3.0 ports or USB-C/Thunderbold ports.
3) Test:
- did you test your DJ controller on a PC with Windows?
- if you use Rmx2: did you try Rmx2 with another stabilized 7v power adapter?
