gain knob

i have a hercules rmx and virtual dj 7 pro, when im playing and have the gain knobs turnend all the way up they randomly turn themselfs down on the virtual dj screen, causeing randoms losses of volume.

and its only on the virtual dj screen they dfont move on my rmx

is there anyway of getting past this, has anyone else exsperiencend this?

Did you look at the Auto Gain setting (Options tab of the VDJ configuration menu)?

Depending on the selected setting (look at p38 of the user manual), it is quite likely that the gain "will move" to adjust itself.
