hey guys i have just ordered dj controller air

few questions i wanted to ask out of curiosity:

i am using a macbook pro 13 so would the sound quality depend upon my mac and the tracks or the controller?

also i have seen the update of djuiced on the hercules website, considering the fact that i havent recieved the controller yet, i just wanted to get hands on with the software so should i wait for the disk that would arrive with my controller or can i download it before and then latter use it with my controller when it arrives.??
