headphone not working right

hi i am having trouble with my deejay trim. i have been using it for over a yr now but with in the last few month the output 3-4 for the headphones will not work. when i select 1-2 i can hear the through the headphones. i want to que up music. i am using virtual dj 6.1 pro. windows 7

Please precise what you mean as understanding your issue is not so easy.

"The output 3-4 for the headphones will not work"
Do you mean that, when you set the preview on output 3-4, and when you set the output 3-4 as channel for the headphones, you don't hear anything in the headphones while you hear the preview in the line output 3-4 (RCA output on the rear panel)?
