hi , i use traktor 2 for mixing which is connected to my soundcard fousrite 2i2 , ""i cannot listen to tracks on the headphones"" coz the sound output is from soundcard not my dj controller,.. i cannot change my output to the controller coz i practice on my studio monitors and they can be connected only to my soundcard not the controller,, so any suggestions?? hope u can understand what im trying to say,, heheehe
Since the Focusrite doesn't have a dedicated headphone output, and Traktor can use two audio interfaces at once, I would recommend either:
- to get the proper audio adapters to connect your speakers directly to the console and use it as audio interface for Traktor ;
- to connect the output of the console to the inputs of the Focusrite (given they are not already used by something else);
- Use an audio switch box, allowing your speakers to be used with multiple sources.
