headphones dont work normal (4-mx + traktor))

recently i bought traktor pro 2 and i found the mapping stuf on the hercules website, everything is working great exept my headphones...

when ik  plug them in they work but they word the same als my master audio... no left cue of right cue possable.
at the software: when i turn down the mix butten.. my master audio is also off and when i turn it on he is back again.. same as the headphone... the hedphone volume control is also putting my master down... 

i want to get this fixed becaus traktor is better software than vdj in my oppinion.  (sorry for any spelling mistakes)
