Are you using the latest driver (4.HDJS.2010), installed following the suggested procedure:

Have you tried connecting the controller to another USB port/ using another cable ?

Could you check the version of the file Wdf01000.sys, which you will find at the following location

/* Style Definitions */
table.MsoNormalTable
{mso-style-name:"Table Normal";
mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0;
mso-tstyle-colband-size:0;
mso-style-noshow:yes;
mso-style-parent:"";
mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt;
mso-para-margin:0in;
mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt;
mso-pagination:widow-orphan;
font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:"Times New Roman";
mso-ansi-language:#0400;
mso-fareast-language:#0400;
mso-bidi-language:#0400;}

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\

I have the same problem with Hercules DJ Console MK4 ASIO. I´ve already followed the procedures and nothing happens.

When i plug the output 1-2 the sound play nicely with windows media player.

The Virtual Dj shows a error message: Error in the Asio Sound Driver.

Could you help me?
