the key provided with the product is not activating the accaunt. can you help me out with a solution?

The DJControl MP3 LE does not include a license for Virtual DJ. Not sure which serial you are trying to use.
The controller is bundled with DJUCED 18, which does not require a serial number. If your controller is properly installed and detected by the computer, the software will be fully accessible.
