hi,i have a hercules mk4 controller and i use a win7 operated laptop and traktor 2 pro software.
while i am using,the controller turns off and on by itself in a second.
when i use it with mac book it works properly.and when i use virtual dj it also works properly?
what may cause this problem?
doesnt anybody know what the reason is?

In Windows 7, have you disabled the settings invented by Microsoft to save energy in cutting the power on the USB ports?
- Right click on My Computer > Properties > Device Manager
- Develop USB controller paragraph
- Right click in the first line USB Root Hub and go to properties > tab Power Management > disable the check "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save energy"/"Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
- Repeat this last operation on all the USB ports on this computer.
