just bought a dj control air, for my imac, running osv 10.6.8, installed the software - drivers and djuced, unfortunately i havbe not control, loading any tunes etc, and keep getting a red message at the bottom of djuced say the midi isnt present.
ther is power to the consol as the lights are on, but thats as far as it goes. i really havent got a clue what s wrong or why etc.
this is my first step into digital mixing - an old timer with turntables
can somebody help?

- Be sure to install DJUCED on an Administrator account.
- And try to install the last version of DJUCED : http://www.herculesdjmixroom.com/fr/forum/it-Software/009430/

Yep, now installed as administator and the midi light now flashes when i press buttons or use the controls, I'm aking it that my machine recognises it and I no longer get the midi device not present message... but I'm unable to load music or contol anything...

Hi Im also having the same problem
OS: win7 x64
Have unistalled and reinstalled, Run as ADMIN. Updated all drivers and Software and yet still cant get the hercules DJ Air to run properly.There is power and Lights are all on and can adjust volume for headset, But thats about it. I cant select folders/files, Play cue ect.
Am I doing something wrong?
