hi all,
i have been using my hercules rmx console for a couple weeks now. i have one main issue. the pfl/cue select button is not working. i understand that to hear the side not currently playing through the main speakers i should use the pfl button and the volume is controlled on the top right corner with the cue/monitor balance as well. somehow this isnt working. i know my headphones work cause they work in my other audio devices.
