i just got the hercules dj control air and im going through the installation process correctly but after the installation wizard thing says its complete i still cant open it to start mixing... i click on start > all programs > hercules > dj audio and the only options after are either clicking on "update service" or "user manual (pdf. file). i think its the hardware part of the installation because while its installing it pops up at the bottom right corner of my screen and says the hardware could not be installed successfully or something close to that 
Did you also proceed to install DJUCED 18? This is the software that will allow you to use the console.
Instead of the CD version, I would recommend to use the latest update available here:
http://www.djuced.com/downloads/
