how can i set up my air control with *traktor 2* to control 4 decks using two separate buttons for deck a & c and b & d?
 if that is posible

Everything is possible...if you are willing to put the time into creating a MIDI profile that will let you use 4 Decks with one controller.

This means is that you first have to understand the basic notions how Traktor's Controller Manager works. Start by reading the user manual (Chapters 13.23 and 20).

If this makes sense to you and you feel like you can undertake the task of making your own configuration, my first advice would be to make a plan and start with small profiles to try the various possibilities.
