hey guys, i had the air for about 3 months and it was working great then suddenly my computer doesnt recognize it anymore? "unknown device". i have tried a lot of things like reenstalling the packs ect ect nothing seems to be working? 🙁 i have windows 7. anyone care to help please?

Among the many things you've tried, did you get a chance to simply connect your controller to another computer to rule out potential issues with the USB ports on your own computer ?
When you connect the console, do all LEDs normally lit up ?

I did connect it to another and the same thing, not recognized at all. My camera and other electronics work when I plug them into the USB of my computer so I dont think it could be that? When connected, none of the LED's light up at all on my computer or another.
Can anyone help me please?...:(
Since the behavior is the same on another computer, contact your retailler or Technical Support to proceed to a replacement.

- your computer configuration (Operating System, computer brand & model, CPU, RAM, DJ Control Air driver version)
- your problem: we understand your DJ Control Air is not detected, but does your computer still see it as a sound card,
it would make it possible to try to identify your problem
1) Did DJ Control Air stop working after you installed your camera? Is your camera a Logitech?
2) Have you tried re-installing your DJ Control Air drivers?
