guys, i have already downloaded the latest version of the controller (dj air) and traktor 2 (version 2.5) and when i try to select the hercules aiso controller in traktor 2, the program (traktor) appear to me as the controller is not connected already. i tried so hard to reinstall the drives (both traktor and dj air control) but the message still appear at the top.
sometimes, the controller can be recognized by the traktor 2, but the sound doesnt gets out of my phone.
please, help me!

So you've first verified that the console is correctly installed ?
If this is the case, then it shouldn't be a problem to select the ASIO driver within Traktor, as described in the configuration document included with the MIDI profile.
If however the console is not properly enumerated by Windows first, then obviously it will not work properly with Traktor.
