hercules dj control instinct asio drivers are not working

hi, im using a hercules dj control instinct on windows 11. i cant get the asio drivers to work. after running the 2023_hdjs.exe it goes through the installation process and seems to have installed fine. but in the taskbar the little icon for the drivers has a red "x", also i cant open the hdjseries program. thank you in advance.
