hello,

when meeting a technical problem, you should detail your configuration:
- software name and version,
- computer configuration: computer type, operating system, cpu and ram, audio mode (in windows: wdm or asio)
- the technical problem: precise in depth what you mean in "im getting a delay when using the jog wheels to scratch": do you mean at the moment you scratch or at the moment you release the jog wheels?

if i consider you are in windows with virtualdj mp3 e2 version, then you should set your sound board in asio and reduce your asio buffer size. if you are not in asio and if your sound card has no asio driver, you should install asio4all.

one reason for delay could be that the dj control mp3 e2 doesnt have touch sensitive jog wheel, so the software has to emulate the act of "stoping the record", and anticipate when it will be released. this creates a delay between the action and reaction.

as it is the case with every new tool, you just have to keep in mind that it will not react exactly like a turntable or cdj would , and adapt yourself to the device your are using.

Hello,

When meeting a technical problem, you should detail your configuration:
- software name and version,
- computer configuration: computer type, operating system, CPU and RAM, audio mode (in Windows: WDM or ASIO)
- the technical problem: precise in depth what you mean in "I'm getting a delay when using the jog wheels to scratch": do you mean at the moment you scratch or at the moment you release the jog wheels?

If I consider you are in Windows with VirtualDJ MP3 e2 version, then you should set your sound board in ASIO and reduce your ASIo buffer size. If you are not in ASIO and if your sound card has no ASIO driver, you should install ASIO4ALL.
