hello eveyone, im not sure if this has been asked here because i coulnt find my exact problem so here it is... i recently upgraged my computer from an older model macbook pro to a new 2013 model and now my hercules rmx does not work with virtual dj. i have downloaded the latest drivers and i also have the latest virtual dj and when i plug in the controller the lights on both decks link for a few seconds then one side (the left deck) turns off first, a few seconds later the right side also stops blinking and then it just goes dead and virtual dj never recognizes the controller. i went on virtual dj forum and they told me to try a usb hub. i have done that and still nothing. i try it on my older mac which i still have and it still works fine. please help!
