hi
got a hercules rmx from ebay.after brought it plugged it
1.the cable not fit inside.its just coming easy out - no white part inside the usb port .
2.when i move the cable here and there little inside the lights coming to lid and they continue to blinking
3.the pc dosent recognized the usb device as well......
4.sometimes pc says usb port power exeed or some thing likem that
just mentioned the things happening.....i know that its brocken of the usb port and im need to sure that is that is the correct reason......specially the seller not agreed with me ......he saying i dont know how to installed it......
week ago i bought a steel controller and thats working pretty fine....
please share your comments of this problem....

Have you started by Installing the latest drivers package ?
