i have my hercules rmx since july 2010.
i have always used headphones with hercules rmx.
a month ago i tried to connect hercules rmx to a stereo sound system, and thats when the problems came up.
the 1-2 output, both rca and jack, dont work. i have already tried to desinstall the drivers and reinstall new drivers but still the output doesnt work. i also have installed the hercules rmx in other computer but the problem still exists.
i would like to know if you have any solution for my problem.

how exactly how you testing the back outputs ?
when in your dj software, you have the audio configuration set to use output 1/2 (or 0/1, as the case maybe in some softwares) ?
the speakers you used are self-amplified or connected to an amplifier ?
my speakers are self-amplified.
i have tried the original software of the hercules rmx, and this configurantion cant be changed.
i have also tried virtual dj 5.2, and i have changed the outputs, but still they havent worked.
i have also tried traktor, where i have also changed the outputs definition, but also they havent worked.
i have tested it connecting rca and jacks cables, to the input of the stereo sound system.
within the software configuration, if you change the main output configuration to output 3/4, do you get sound from the back connector ?
have you tried connecting a pair of headphone in the output 1/2 jacks ?
ive tried with the headphones in the output 1/2 and no sound, even changing the 1/2 to 3/4. 3/4 works but if i put the headphones on pre-listen (cue) the sound out the headphones is the same coming output in stereo sound system.
definitely the outputs 1/2 die.
sounds like a hardware defect indeed. guess youll have to get it replaced under warranty.
