The sensitivity is really a matter of personal taste. What will work for you may not be appropriate for someone else.

You can start by changing the Sensitivity settings in the DJ Control panel.

Within Traktor, in Controller-Manager, you can modify the Rotary Sensitivity and Rotary acceleration for the functions using the jog wheels.

If you are using the mapping available on the Hercules Support site, then just know that the jog are assigned to these functions:

- Scratch
- Jog- Scratch + Tempo bend
- List Select Up/Down
- Tempo bend (stepless)

Are you using the Hercules mapping ?

If so, this profile is slaredy configured to work in 4 Decks. Simply press the Deck C and Deck buttons to alternate between decks.

As for mapping in Traktor, I would recommand reading the user manual, which is very detailled in this regard.

For more details, I would also take a look at the following guides:

And of course, pour even more advance detail, there is always http://www.traktorbible.com/
