importing song cues to another computer?

hello,

i mix a lot on my desktop and recently would like to perform for an event.

how do i transfer hot cues ive made in songs to a laptop, per se?
do i have to copy the djuced software (with the songs, of course) to a new laptop?
or... how do i work around this?

help!
