hello all
im running djc air with virtual dj pro 7.3, and even after installing the latest drivers and mappers from the official websites, the infrared sensor does not work. button pressed or not, the led indicator changes on the console but theres no effect at all in virtual dj or in the music.
the mapper setting on virtual dj for the air controller is "var $sens_on ? effect slider 1 : nothing" is that correct?
how can i solve this? am i doing something wrong?
Have you tried to test the console with a MIDI test and see if the controller works fine?

If the device responds fine there, than it is clearly a bad mapping and you will have to take another look at the mapping steps.
