so here is the case, after im done with my mk4 and put it away and then go back on it the next day, my computer doesnt regonized it 🙁 how do i fix this problem? because i had to re-install it each time now.
are you using a laptop or desktop computer ?
when you are done for the day, in what state are you leaving the computer, meaning are you
- turning it off ?
- putting it to sleep or standby mode?
its a desktop, and i dont turn my computer off untill later that night. is that what is causing it?

are you sure you have installed the dj console mk4 with an administrator account?
in case you are on a mac, do you replug it on the same usb port?
i did and it keeps saying "new hardware found" each time i plug it in. im using a pc too. just a heads up.
would you happen to have similar issues with other usb devices on this computer ?
have you checked for computer update (available from the manufacturers web site) as well as windows update ?
any chance of trying the mk4 on another computer ?
yea guys, i fixed it. the mk4 needed to be updated and the disk that came with it didnt have all the data to let me update the mk4. everytime i try too, it couldnt find the servers or something like that. but the service thing on the series control panel lead me to an update off the site 🙂 and now i dont have this problem anymore :d thanks for your guys help....kinda.
