issues on master and headphones output

equipment: hercules inpulse 500
software: djuced

i’m having a small issue when it comes to the sound of master sound and headphones sound. before stating the problem, my audio settings are master in output 1 & 2, headphones 3 & 4 and the master sound is coming from my laptop.

now the problem is that i want to hear on my headphones deck 1 song and on the master deck 2 song, when i press the headphones button for deck 1 (to hear the song in my headphones), and have the crossfader slide on deck 2 i hear both, as in like the headphones are part of the master output. when i try and use the cue/master headphones knob, when putting it all to the right i am only hearing the master sound output and not the headphones sound output, and when i turn it to the cue i hear both in my headphones, so how can i hear a deck in my headphones and the other deck in the master speakers/output? i may have the wrong concept of how the knob works or something along those lines.

2) If you do not want to hear the master out in the headphones, make sure the headphones select button below the Master Vumeter is disabled.

the headphones select button below the Master Vumeter is disabled already. Any recommendation on setting up the Audio output channels?
