jogvision eq not working

hi, so ive had the jog vision for a few years now and stopped using it for about a year when the channel eq in the dj controller stopped working, support never fixed the problem and stopped replying, ive updated the drivers a million times and ive updated serato pro, any ideas whats wrong? this cruddy thing cost me a few hundred and im on the fence about just throwing it away.

update: the pitch sliders dont work and the led eq lights stay the same no matter how much you move the volume sliders
