got a 4mx yesterday but my laptop (hp envy 17- windows 8.1) doesnt recognize it. the error message that i get is "the last usb device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it". all drivers and other software are up to date.the 4mx does function on my other laptop (sony vaio-windows 8.1) without any problem.
anyone with a solution ???
