leds not working

hey guys, i just bought yesterday the dj control air, with djuced all working ok, the hardware is recognized, but i have the problem that not all the leds are working, i read a bit that the leds of the buttons 1,2,3,4 for the loops, effects, etc. are part of the drivers, i installed everything from cd but i dont see the leds on, if i press the + - from both sides all the leads turn on, so they work, but not as they should, what can i do? i installed the drivers that you can download from the official website and nothing...
