mapper hercules control air doesnt work at traktor 2

hello, my problem is the following, i have a parent hercules air, and i downloaded several mappers, and so far none of them work ...
i saw several tutorials did everything as said but still does not give ...
i notice that i have the traktor version 2.1.2 and the mapper hercules the air control also 2.1.2.
but also notice that when i move the buttons traktor takes the top bar of the program that something is in midi and be used, but in the end none of the buttons work.
i tried to make the mapper manually and then it has to move, but its too much work :/
